What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM â 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, except for the ENT and pulmonology clinic held on the 2nd Saturday of each month, which also runs 8:30 AM â 5:00 PM.
How do I book an appointment?
Call us on (876) 979-3915 or (876) 952-1332, or send an inquiry through the contact form and our team will get back to you during opening hours to confirm a time.
Which days does Dr Hall consult?
Dr Hall consults on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Consultation days for our other specialists are confirmed when you book â please call us to check the next available date.
Is there a clinic on Saturdays?
Yes â ENT and pulmonology run a clinic on the 2nd Saturday of each month, 8:30 AM â 5:00 PM. Please call ahead to confirm the date of the next Saturday clinic.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please call us as early as possible on (876) 979-3915 or (876) 952-1332 so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Where are you located?
We are on Mount Salem Main Road, Montego Bay, St. James â in the same building as J&J Pharmacy and directly across from Cornwall Regional Hospital (CRH).
What is your mailing address?
Caribbean Head & Neck Centre, PO Box 1623, Montego Bay No. 1 Post Office, St. James, Jamaica.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Wheelchairs are available and the premises are wheelchair accessible, and there is an elevator in the building.
Is there a pharmacy on site?
Yes â we are in the same building as J&J Pharmacy. Surgix and Natkem are also on site, and Cornwall Regional Hospital is across the road.

Which specialists consult at the centre?
Dr Hall (general and vascular surgery, endoscopy), Dr Grandison (ENT for adults and children, head and neck and endocrine surgery, upper and lower GI endoscopy), Dr Daley (general and paediatric ENT), Dr Beavers (audiology â hearing testing), Dr Pencle (neurosurgery consultations) and Dr Baker (pulmonology â lung disorders and sleep evaluation).
Do you see children?
Yes. General ENT for adults and children, and paediatric ENT, are both available at the centre.
Do you offer hearing tests?
Yes â audiology services including hearing testing are provided by our audiologist, Dr Beavers.
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
Requirements vary by specialist. Please call us on (876) 979-3915 or (876) 952-1332 and we will confirm whether a referral is needed for the practitioner you wish to see.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring photo identification, any referral letter you have, a list of your current medications, and any previous test results or scans. If you are unsure whether something is needed, call us before your appointment.
